Description:
Monday to Friday, you will receive 4 hours of intensive Spanish classes in our air-conditioned classrooms, where each teacher will have no more than 6 students. You will be amazed by how much Spanish you will learn in a short time. At night, you will practice your Spanish with your new “Tico” (Costa Rican) family, or have them help you with your homework.
After classes, you may join in a Latin dance class, a cooking class, local handicrafts workshop, go to a Spanish movie, organize a soccer game with the locals, a beach clean-up, a BBQ, a karaoke (in Spanish!), pizza party, visit a National Park, volcanoes, farms… the list is endless.
On the weekends, you will see an almost perfectly symmetrical volcano, Arenal, the cloud forests of Monteverde, the magical turquoise waters of Rio Celeste, the jungle, waterfalls and hot-springs of the National Park Rincon de la Vieja or the rocky landscape and the crashing waves of Montezuma, where you may spot humpback whales on your way to Isla Tortuga.
