Fireside PaddleHead Youth Leadership Program – Ontario, Canada.
The Fireside PaddleHead Youth Leadership Program is for youth seeking training in canoe expeditions, environmental studies, and outdoor wilderness leadership development. This comprehensive leadership program is an opportunity for youth to explore and discover some of Ontario's most historic voyageur canoe routes including the incredible French River, Killarney and Algonquin Park.
PaddleHead youth incorporate traditional canoe expeditions, outdoor leadership training and no trace camping practices to give them the experience to become more confident in the outdoors, while experiencing summer in some Ontario’s most revered locations. Youth of all experience, strengths and backgrounds are encouraged to enroll in this unique program to foster their relationship with the environment and to develop the leadership skills needed to be more self- propelled.
Fireside Adventures is pleased to announce Camp Wenonah as our home base between canoe trips. Youth will also have access to a number of outdoor activities such as climbing, sailing, kayaking and more
