The New York
Film
Academy
offers a variety of camps that allow high school students (ages 14-17) and
tweens (ages 10-13) to focus on their specific area of interest. Programs
offered for high school students include hands-on 16mm Filmmaking, Digital
Filmmaking, Acting For Film, 3D Animation, and Broadcast Journalism.
Program lengths for high school
students are one, three, four or six weeks, and are offered in New
York City; Universal Studios, Los
Angeles; Disney-MGM Studios, Florida;
Harvard
University;
Paris, France;
Florence, Italy;
and London,
England.
Tween programs available are
Digital Filmmaking and Acting for Film and students may choose between one or
two weeks. Tween programs are only offered in New
York City at the Dalton
School
and at our location at Universal Studios, Los
Angeles.
